    Hi Ashley, how did you get started in the fitness field?

    Coming from the modeling world, I was always conscious of my body and realized that I was doing things that could cause more harm than good. Upon this realization, I really took it upon myself to learn how to properly train, and live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

    What is the #1 thing you like about being into fitness?

    The #1 thing I love about fitness is the feeling of accomplishment and empowerment that it gives me. For my clients, I love watching them grow in their confidence and self-love.

    What is different from your brand/services to other ones in the market?

    I work as a women’s online coach. What sets me apart is that I emphasize the importance of a plant-based lifestyle that is full of compassion. With certifications from Cornell in Plant-Based Nutrition, NASM as a Personal Trainer, Online Coach, and Women’s Fitness Specialist, I am uniquely qualified to develop customized plans for each client’s unique goals.

    What do you think is the secret to having a successful business in a very competitive market like yours?

    The secret is to be genuine, authentic and able to adapt. You need to really care about your clients and not just be in it for the financial aspect.

    What are your personal fitness goals?

    My personal goals are to continue to get stronger so that I can live a long and healthy life!

    How important is nutrition to you? Will you strongly suggest your clients follow a better diet to improve their fitness goals?

    Without the proper nutrition, you will not reach your fitness goals. It’s that simple. That’s why all of my clients get a personalized nutrition and meal plan when they are on my program.

    How do you keep your fitness knowledge up-to-date?

    I stay up-to-date by taking many different fitness classes and prioritizing my continued education.

    Which project is still on your bucket list?

    I hope to be launching pop-up classes around the country very soon!

    Please describe a typical day for you. What is your daily routine like?

    My typical day includes a morning HIIT workout, pilates class, preparing my meals, walking my dog, checking in with my clients via my app, calls with new clients and creating social media content.

    Name one of your strengths?

    One of my strengths is my compassion. I have love and compassion for all of my clients, animals and this planet – which is why I started my business in the first place.

    What are your best 3 tips for someone looking to reach their goal physique?

    1: Find a plan/program that works for you
    2: Stay consistent
    3: Remember your “why”

    Favorite form of cardio?

    My favorite form of cardio is hiking!

    What’s next for Ashley Wilke in 2023?

    I hope to continue to grow my business and help as many women as I can! I truly love what I do and it is such an honor to work with some amazing women from all over the world!
